Broadly: Wall Tiles and Floor Tiles are for tiled surfaces (kitchens, bathrooms, floors); Timber Floor Planks and Wood Roll are timber-look alternatives for floors and feature walls; Timber Wall Panels (available in Scalloped, Demi Round and Batten profile designs) and Acoustic Panels are for textured, dimensional feature walls; Adhesive Vinyl Wraps are a thin architectural-grade vinyl for cabinetry, furniture and benchtops rather than wall panels; and Brick Facing and Travertine Stone cover exterior-ready brick and stone looks. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours of purchase, shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier services from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided items are in as-new condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. All returns are sent to our Geebung, QLD facility.

Wall Tiles and Floor Tiles have no restocking fee. Flexible Wood Roll, Wall Panels (Timber, Acoustic) and Vinyl Timber Floor Planks incur a 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns, with refunds processed 3–5 business days after inspection.

Yes — exchanges are available within the same product range. Any price difference is invoiced separately, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Orders can be cancelled or changed any time before they've shipped. Once shipped, our standard returns policy applies instead.
