Yes. Our Vinyl Wraps come with a self-adhesive backing, so you simply peel away the backing paper and apply the wrap directly to a suitable surface.

The wraps are best suited to smooth, flat, clean and non-porous surfaces such as:

• Laminated cabinetry
• Melamine
• Painted timber
• Smooth MDF
• Desks, tabletops and benchtops
• Shelving and wardrobe doors
• Smooth internal doors and furniture panels

For best results, the surface should be clean, dry, dust-free and free from grease, silicone, flaking paint or loose material.

Yes — kitchen cabinetry is one of the most popular uses for our Vinyl Wraps. They can be applied to cabinet doors, drawer fronts, side panels and other smooth cabinetry surfaces to create a fresh new look.

They can also be used on benchtops and other flat surfaces. As with any decorative vinyl surface, we recommend using chopping boards, placemats and trivets, and avoiding cutting or placing hot pans directly on the wrap.

The vinyl surface is water-resistant and suitable for everyday splashes in kitchens, laundries and other low-splash areas such as vanity fronts and cabinetry.

Edges and joins should not be left exposed to standing water or constant moisture, and we do not recommend using them inside showers or directly around baths where water pools.

Yes. Our Vinyl Wraps can withstand temperatures of up to 100°C and carry a B1 flame-retardancy rating, meaning they are more difficult to ignite than standard combustible materials.

This makes them suitable for cabinetry, benchtops, desks and furniture. They should still be kept away from direct flames, gas cooktops, hot pans and other high-heat sources — flame retardant does not mean fireproof.

No specialised tools are required, but we recommend having the following ready:

• Measuring tape
• Sharp utility knife or Stanley knife
• Scissors
• Squeegee or smoothing tool
• Microfibre cloth
• Hair dryer or heat gun on a low setting for edges and corners

Apply the wrap slowly and use a squeegee or smoothing tool as you go, working from the centre outwards to push air towards the edges.

If small bubbles appear, you can gently lift and reapply the wrap during installation. For tiny trapped air bubbles, carefully prick the bubble with a fine pin and smooth the air out.

Yes — the wrap can generally be removed, especially from smooth, sealed surfaces. Applying gentle heat with a hair dryer can help soften the adhesive and make removal easier.

On poorly painted, flaking, porous or unsealed surfaces, removal may lift paint or surface material, so we recommend testing a small hidden area first.

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water.

Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, bleach, solvent-based cleaners or scouring products, as these may damage the finish.

The number of rolls required depends on the size of the area you are covering. Measure the height and width of each surface, then calculate the total area — for cabinetry and furniture, allow extra material for wrapping around edges, trimming, pattern direction and any joins.

We recommend ordering slightly more than your exact measurements to account for mistakes, offcuts and joins across larger surfaces.

Yes. Ordering a sample is recommended so you can check the colour, texture and finish in your own space before ordering rolls for your full project.
