How shipping works
We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt. If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped once that product becomes available, as noted on the relevant product page.
Orders are sent using Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please and selected courier services for larger shipments. All Flexible Wood Roll products are shipped via courier service.
Once your order has been packed and processed, tracking information will be provided. Any required redelivery arrangements with the shipping provider will need to be organised directly by the customer.
