Shipping information

We dispatch all our orders within 24 - 48 business hours of receiving them. All pre-order products will be shipped when available as listed on the product page.

We ship our orders via Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please, with larger orders shipped via courier services. All Flexible Wood Roll products are shipped via courier's service. All Orders can be delivered to Australia and New Zealand and are shipped from Virginia (Brisbane) QLD, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please reach out to our team for shipping for larger orders. for NZ customers after Wood Rolls, please contact our Customer Service team.

Tracking & Shipping information is provided once the order has been packed and processed. Any required redeliveries from the shipping provider are to be arranged by the customer for a suitable date & time for redelivery. 

*We offer free shipping to Vinyl Wall Tile orders ONLY over $150. This offer excludes Composite, Floor Tiles and Wood Rolls due to size and weight of the products.
