Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Stick On Tiles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms below.
Returns
All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or a full refund of the product price.
Products must be in as new condition and in their original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear and tear, or returned without original packaging, will not be accepted for refund.
Once the item has been received and assessed, the refund will then be issued.
All return shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be shipped to Geebung (4034), QLD.
Flexible Wood Roll / Fluted & Batten Wall Panels / Acoustic Wall Panels Returns
Due to the size, custom packaging and handling required for our Flexible Wood Roll / Fluted & Batten Wall Panels / Acoustic Wall Panels products, special return conditions apply.
15% restocking fee applies: All Flexible Wood Roll / Fluted & Batten Wall Panels / Acoustic Wall Panels and Vinyl Timber Floor Planks returns for change of mind, colour preference or suitability will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be processed within 3–5 business days after the item has been inspected.
Items must be confirmed to be in resellable condition before a refund is issued.
Exchanges
If the item you ordered is not the right fit, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Exchanges can be made for another item within the same product range.
Any price difference will be invoiced to the customer for payment.
All exchange shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned exchange items must be shipped to Geebung (4034), QLD.
