Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Stick On Tiles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms below.
1. Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of purchase for either:

A full refund of the product price, or

An exchange for another item (see Section 3 for exchange details).

Returned items must be:

In “as new” condition

In their original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for refund.

Once your return is received and assessed, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

All return shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Flexible Wood Roll Returns
Due to the size, custom packaging, and special handling required, our Flexible Wood Roll products have additional return conditions:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns due to change of mind, colour preference, or suitability.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (less restocking fee) will be processed within 3–5 business days once the item is inspected and confirmed in resellable condition.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that are not the right fit.

You may exchange for another item within the same product range.

Any price differences between products will be invoiced to the customer before the exchange is shipped.
