Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Stick On Tiles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms below.


1. Returns

  • You may return any product within 30 days of purchase for either:

    • A full refund of the product price, or

    • An exchange for another item (see Section 3 for exchange details).

  • Returned items must be:

    • In โ€œas newโ€ condition

    • In their original packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for refund.

  • Once your return is received and assessed, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • All return shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns must be shipped to:
    Virginia (4014), QLD, Australia


2. Flexible Wood Roll Returns

Due to the size, custom packaging, and special handling required, our Flexible Wood Roll products have additional return conditions:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns due to change of mind, colour preference, or suitability.

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds (less restocking fee) will be processed within 3โ€“5 business days once the item is inspected and confirmed in resellable condition.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that are not the right fit.

  • You may exchange for another item within the same product range.

  • Any price differences between products will be invoiced to the customer before the exchange is shipped.

Exchange Shipping:

  • All exchange shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items for exchange must be shipped to:
    Virginia (4014), QLD, Australia
