15% restocking fee applies: All Flexible Wood Roll / Fluted & Batten Wall Panels / Acoustic Wall Panels returns for change of mind, colour preference or suitability will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be processed within 3–5 business days after the item has been inspected.
Items must be confirmed to be in resellable condition before a refund is issued.
Exchanges
If the item you ordered is not the right fit, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Exchanges can be made for another item within the same product range.
Any price difference will be invoiced to the customer for payment.
All exchange shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned exchange items must be shipped to Virginia (4014), QLD.
