Product Description

Demi Round Flexible Wall Panels

Create a Bold Timber Feature — Without the Heavy Panels or Installation Hassle

Bring natural timber warmth and strong architectural texture into your interior with our Demi Round Flexible Wall Panels in Natural Oak Grain. The pronounced half-round profile creates a bold fluted effect, while the lightweight, flexible panel format makes the look much easier to achieve for DIY renovators.

1.44m² coverage per carton
Each carton contains 2 panels measuring 120cm × 60cm, giving you a practical panel size for kitchen islands, media walls, bedheads, reception features and other architectural projects.

Want a strong architectural timber look without dealing with oversized, heavy wall panels?

The Demi Round profile is designed for spaces where you want the wall treatment to make a statement. Each rounded vertical profile creates deeper shadow lines and a stronger three-dimensional effect than a flatter batten or softer scalloped design.

And because the panels measure just 120cm × 60cm, they're far easier for a DIY renovator to carry, position, cut and install than long 2.4m+ wall panels or large rigid sheets.

Bold architectural timber texture — in a panel size designed to make DIY installation easier.
Natural Oak Grain

Natural Timber Warmth with a Stronger Architectural Profile

The natural oak veneer softens the bold demi round shape with the warmth and grain character of real timber. The combination creates a sophisticated feature that feels both architectural and organic — ideal when you want more visual impact than a flat wall or subtle decorative panel.

Why DIY Renovators Love These Panels

Get the look of a premium architectural wall treatment without making the installation unnecessarily difficult.

✓
Bold Demi Round Profile

Pronounced rounded vertical profiles create strong depth, shadow and architectural impact.

✓
Natural Oak Veneer

Real timber character with a natural surface that can be stained, sealed or otherwise finished to suit your interior.

✓
Easier to Handle

The 120cm panel length is far more manageable for DIY projects than oversized full-height panels.

✓
Lightweight Construction

Easier to carry, position and work with than many heavy rigid wall-panel systems.

✓
Flexible for Curves

The flexible MDF core allows the panel to follow suitable gentle curves as well as flat surfaces.

✓
Easier Home Delivery

Compact panels are much more practical to package and deliver than extra-long wall-panel lengths.

Purposefully Sized for Real DIY Projects

Many decorative wall panels are supplied in lengths of 2.4 metres or more. That can work for full-height walls, but it's often unnecessarily awkward when you're covering a kitchen island, reception desk, half wall, bedhead or smaller feature area.

Ideal for Kitchen Islands The 120cm length is a practical starting size for island benches and breakfast bars without excessive cutting.
Much Easier to Handle Carry, position and cut each panel more easily instead of wrestling with long, bulky sheets.
More Practical to Deliver The shorter carton format is significantly easier to freight to residential addresses than oversized panels.
Stronger 3D Texture

25mm Demi Round Profiles Create Real Depth

Each half-round profile measures approximately 25mm wide, with the panel reaching up to 10mm thick at the peak. That pronounced curved profile creates deeper shadows and a more dimensional wall finish, making Demi Round particularly effective when you want the panelling itself to become a major design feature.

Designed for a Continuous Architectural Look

When multiple panels are installed side by side, the vertical demi round profile is designed to align from one panel to the next. This helps the join visually blend into the repeating vertical pattern, making the panel edges less noticeable once installed.

You can therefore build a larger feature from smaller, easier-to-handle panels without losing the strong continuous rhythm of the demi round design.

Flat Walls or Curved Features

The flexible MDF core gives you more freedom than a traditional rigid wall sheet. Use the panels across standard flat surfaces or allow them to follow suitable gentle curves for counters, columns, reception desks and other custom interior features.

Finish the Oak to Suit Your Interior

The natural oak veneer gives you flexibility over the final colour and character of the finished project.

Keep It Natural Retain the light oak character for a warm, contemporary timber feature.
Stain Change the timber tone to coordinate with cabinetry, flooring or other timber finishes.
Seal or Finish Apply a suitable finish to protect the veneer and achieve the appearance your project requires.

Made for Statement Interior Features

Demi Round is the profile to choose when you want more depth, stronger shadow lines and a bolder architectural effect.

Installation Instructions

What you’ll need

  • Tape measure
  • Pencil
  • Level or laser level
  • Circular saw, jigsaw or fine-tooth handsaw
  • Construction adhesive suitable for timber or decorative wall panels
  • Caulking gun
  • Sandpaper for edge clean-ups
  • Clean cloth for dust removal
  • Paint, clear finish, oil or stain depending on your selected panel finish

Step-by-step

Step 1 — Measure the Wall Area

Measure the full width and height of your wall, including any windows, cabinetry, bulkheads or power points.

Step 2 — Plan the Layout

Dry lay your panels first and use a level or laser line to mark a straight starting point.

Step 3 — Prepare the Surface

Make sure the wall is clean, dry, dust free, grease free and as smooth as possible before installation.

Step 4 — Cut Panels to Size

Use a circular saw, jigsaw or fine-tooth handsaw. Cut slowly and support the panel well for a cleaner edge.

Step 5 — Dry Fit Before Installing

Place your cut panels in position to check fit, spacing, alignment and the final visual balance.

Step 6 — Apply Adhesive

Apply construction adhesive to the back of the panel in beads or lines, following the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 7 — Install the Panels

Press each panel firmly onto the wall, checking that it is straight and aligned with the previous panel.

Step 8 — Allow Adhesive to Cure

Allow the adhesive to fully cure before painting, sealing or placing stress on the panels.

Step 9 — Finish the Panels

Paint pre-primed panels, or seal, oil or stain oak and birch panels depending on your desired finish.

Recommended Adhesive

Use a quality construction adhesive suitable for MDF, timber or decorative wall panels. Adhesive selection should be based on your wall surface and installation conditions.
