Product Description
Bring the Light, Warm Look of Beech Timber to Existing Surfaces
Transform dated cabinetry, furniture and interior surfaces with our Beech Timber Adhesive Vinyl Wrap — a premium architectural-grade vinyl with realistic timber texture and soft honey-toned colouring for a light, natural and welcoming finish.
Want a light timber look that feels warm, natural and easy to live with?
Our Beech Timber Adhesive Vinyl Wrap gives suitable existing cabinetry, furniture and interior surfaces a completely new look without tearing everything out, repainting or taking on a major renovation.
The soft golden-beech colouring brings warmth into a room while keeping the overall interior feeling light and open, making it an excellent choice for kitchens, laundries, bathroom vanities, wardrobes, furniture and feature areas.
Light, Warm & Naturally Inviting
Beech Timber combines pale timber tones with gentle honey warmth and realistic grain detail for a clean, natural finish. It adds warmth without becoming dark or heavy, making it particularly well suited to Scandinavian, modern, coastal and relaxed interiors.
Easy to Style with Light & Natural Interiors
Beech Timber pairs beautifully with fresh neutrals, natural materials and modern contrasting finishes.
Designed to Look Like Timber — Not Cheap Contact Film
Beech Timber features a textured wood-grain surface designed to create more realistic visual depth and tactile detail than smooth plastic contact film.
A High-Impact Timber Makeover You Can Do Yourself
Change the appearance of your existing surfaces without painting or replacing them.
Start with a clean, smooth, dry and suitable surface for the best adhesion and finish.
Peel back the liner gradually, position the Beech Timber vinyl and work across the surface as you apply.
Smooth the vinyl firmly into place and carefully trim around edges for a neat finished result.
Where Can You Use Beech Timber?
Use the light timber finish to refresh suitable smooth surfaces throughout your home or commercial interior.

What you’ll need
- Measuring tape or ruler
- Pencil or removable marker
- Sharp Stanley knife or utility knife with a fresh blade
- Cutting mat, thick cardboard or scrap timber
- Squeegee, felt applicator or soft cloth for smoothing
- Cleaning cloth and bucket of warm water
- Mild dishwashing liquid or sugar soap for cleaning
- Fine sandpaper for lightly keying glossy painted surfaces, if required
- Heat gun or hair dryer for wrapping edges, corners and curved areas
Step-by-step
Remove dust, grease, wax, oil and residue from the surface. Use a mild cleaner or sugar soap, then rinse and allow the area to dry completely before applying the vinyl wrap.
Measure each cabinet door, drawer front, panel or wall section separately. Plan the grain direction and join lines before cutting, especially for timber finishes and larger areas.
Cut the vinyl wrap slightly larger than the area you are covering. This gives you room to position, wrap edges and trim neatly once the vinyl is applied.
Peel back a small section of the backing paper, position carefully, then slowly apply while smoothing from the centre outwards with a squeegee or soft cloth to reduce bubbles.
For cabinet doors, drawer fronts and curved areas, gently warm the vinyl with a heat gun or hair dryer to help it conform around edges, corners and detailed shapes.
Use a sharp blade to trim excess vinyl neatly along edges. Press all edges firmly, then check for any bubbles and smooth them towards the nearest edge.
Best surfaces for vinyl wraps
Adhesive vinyl wraps are best suited to smooth, clean, dry and sound interior surfaces such as painted cabinetry, laminate, melamine, smooth timber, MDF, furniture panels, wardrobes, vanities and feature wall panels.
Join line guidance
For cabinetry, place joins on natural breaks such as door edges, drawer gaps, side panels or internal corners wherever possible. For larger wall or furniture sections, vertical joins are usually less noticeable than horizontal joins. With timber finishes, keep the grain direction consistent across adjoining pieces.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scourers, bleach, solvent-based cleaners or excessive scrubbing, as these may damage the vinyl finish.
For cabinetry and furniture, avoid dragging sharp objects across the surface. Treat the finish with the same care you would give to any decorative interior surface.

Our Adhesive Vinyl Wraps are designed to refresh smooth, flat surfaces such as kitchen cabinets, cupboard doors, drawers, benchtops, desks, tables, shelving, splashback panels, wardrobes and furniture.
They are a great option if you want to update the look of a space without replacing cabinetry or doing a full renovation.
Yes. Our Adhesive Vinyl Wraps come with a self-adhesive backing, so you simply peel away the backing paper and apply the wrap directly to a suitable surface.
The wraps are best suited to smooth, flat, clean and non-porous surfaces such as:
- Laminated cabinetry
- Melamine
- Painted timber
- Smooth MDF
- Desks and tabletops
- Shelving
- Wardrobe doors
- Smooth internal doors
- Benchtops
- Furniture panels
For best results, the surface should be clean, dry, dust-free and free from grease, silicone, flaking paint or loose material.
Yes. Kitchen cabinetry is one of the most popular uses for our Adhesive Vinyl Wraps. They can be applied to cabinet doors, drawer fronts, side panels and other smooth cabinetry surfaces to create a fresh new look.
Yes, our Adhesive Vinyl Wraps can be used on benchtops and other flat surfaces. However, like any decorative vinyl surface, care should be taken to protect the finish.
We recommend using chopping boards, placemats and trivets, and avoiding cutting directly on the wrap or placing hot pans directly on the surface.
The vinyl surface is water-resistant and suitable for everyday splashes and general indoor use. However, the edges and joins should not be left exposed to standing water or constant moisture.
For best results, wipe up water promptly and ensure any exposed edges are properly pressed down and sealed where needed.
Yes, provided the surface is smooth, clean, dry and suitable for adhesion. They can be used on vanity fronts, cabinetry, shelving and other low-splash areas.
We do not recommend using them inside showers, directly around baths where water pools, or in areas with constant water exposure.
They can be used in low-splash areas, but they are not designed to replace glass, stone, ceramic tile or other traditional splashback materials.
We do not recommend installing Adhesive Vinyl Wraps directly behind gas cooktops, open flames or areas exposed to constant heat.
Yes. Our Adhesive Vinyl Wraps can withstand temperatures of up to 100°C.
This makes them suitable for many indoor decorative applications, including cabinetry, furniture, desks, shelves, drawers and other smooth surfaces. However, they should still be kept away from direct flames, hot pans, kettles, toasters, air fryers, oven vents and other high-heat sources.
Yes. Our Adhesive Vinyl Wraps have a B1 flame-retardancy level.
In simple terms, B1 means the material is flame retardant and more difficult to ignite than standard combustible materials. This does not mean the product is fireproof, fire-resistant or suitable for direct flame exposure.
Apply the wrap slowly and use a squeegee or smoothing tool as you go. Work from the centre outwards to push air towards the edges.
If small bubbles appear, you can gently lift and reapply the wrap during installation. For tiny trapped air bubbles, you can carefully prick the bubble with a fine pin and smooth the air out.
The number of rolls required depends on the size of the area you are covering and the dimensions of the roll.
Measure the height and width of each surface you want to cover, then calculate the total area. For cabinetry and furniture, remember to allow extra material for wrapping around edges, trimming, pattern direction and any joins.
Where possible, place joins in less noticeable areas, such as:
- Along natural cabinet edges
- At the edge of cupboard doors or panels
- Inside corners
- Under benchtop lips
- Along vertical panel breaks
- In areas partly hidden by appliances or furniture
For larger flat areas, plan your joins before applying the wrap so the design direction looks consistent.
We do not recommend applying Adhesive Vinyl Wraps to heavily textured, rough, uneven or porous surfaces, as the adhesive may not bond properly and the texture may show through the wrap.
The smoother the surface, the better the final result.
Yes, the wrap can generally be removed, especially from smooth, sealed surfaces. Applying gentle heat with a hair dryer can help soften the adhesive and make removal easier.
The condition of the surface underneath will affect how cleanly it removes.
Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water.
Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, bleach, solvent-based cleaners or scouring products, as these may damage the finish.
Yes. Ordering a sample is recommended so you can check the colour, texture and finish in your own space before ordering rolls for your full project.
Colours and finishes can look different depending on lighting, surrounding colours and the surface they are applied to.

I used the Beech timber and bright white vinyl to refresh our very beige kitchen. I am thrilled by how amazing the beech vinyl looks on our benchtop. And my cupboards are no longer beige and water damaged and just look so much fresher. The vinyl is such good quality. I love that you can reshape and reactivate the glue with a hair-dryer, very forgiving. Its been over two weeks since we installed it - no stains, no problems with ambient heat. I've siliconed around wet areas, where there'll be steam, and there's been no issues there either for either the cupboards or benchtop. Definitely exceeded my expectations, love it.
