Yes — you can return most stick-on products within 30 days, or exchange for a different product with any price difference applied. Standard items come back with no restocking fee. Flexible Wood Roll Panels carry a 15% restocking fee for change of mind, due to their size and custom packaging.

Can you return stick-on tiles if you ordered the wrong one?

Yes. All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund of the product price or an exchange, provided the item is in "as new" condition and its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or missing packaging won't be accepted for refund.

Can you exchange for a different product, not just a different colour in the same range?

Yes. Exchanges aren't limited to the same product range — you can exchange for any product across the STA range. Any price difference between the original and new item is applied as needed, whether that means an invoice for the difference or a partial refund.

Are there restocking fees?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for both refunds and exchanges. For exchanges, outbound shipping on the replacement item is also covered by the customer.

How long does a refund take once you've sent an item back?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of the returned item being received and confirmed in resellable condition.
